1. Acceptance
By using arenaofmobile.com, the app and the Arena of Mobile game, you agree to these terms. The Thai version is the official one; versions in other languages are translations for convenience.
2. Player accounts
You sign in with Google, LINE or Facebook. You are responsible for how your account is used. Do not impersonate others, and do not buy, sell or transfer accounts.
3. In-game currencies
- Silver coins: earned from missions, used to buy heroes and special items. They cannot be withdrawn as money.
- Diamonds: from top-ups (1 baht = 10 diamonds, plus the bonus shown in the game) and Battle Pass missions. Used for ranked tickets, heroes, the Battle Pass and neon skins. They cannot be withdrawn or exchanged back into money.
- Trophies: earned only by winning ranked matches. 1 trophy = 1 baht. They can buy Legend skins or be withdrawn as money.
- No currency can be transferred to another player.
4. Bank account, top-ups and withdrawals
- One bank account per player ID, set before your first top-up. To change it, contact the admin.
- Top-ups must come from that account, and withdrawals are paid only into that same account.
- The minimum withdrawal is 500 baht, then in steps of 100 baht. It costs trophies equal to the amount you receive plus a 10% fee, for example 550 trophies to receive 500 baht and 660 trophies to receive 600 baht.
5. Ranked matches and tickets
- Bronze ticket: 200 diamonds, a win pays 40 trophies · Silver: 500 diamonds, 100 trophies · Gold: 1,000 diamonds, 200 trophies.
- You need at least 10 heroes to play ranked, because heroes cannot be picked twice in a ranked match.
- The losing side gets no trophies and the ticket is not returned. If a room never starts its match, the diamonds are refunded in full.
- Match results are decided by the game server.
6. Being away (AFK)
While you are not controlling your hero, the AI plays for you. In a ranked match, more than 5 minutes away in total counts as AFK: your ticket is forfeited and you get no reward even if your team wins. If the AFK player is on the losing side, the whole ticket goes to the house; on the winning side, 60% goes to the house and 40% is shared among the teammates.
7. Battle Pass and items
The Battle Pass lasts 30 days. Some special items last for the time shown in the shop. Things you buy in the game are a right to use them in the game, not property that can be withdrawn as money.
8. Prohibited conduct
Do not use cheats, bots or exploits, do not disrupt the servers, and do not use abusive, harassing or illegal language. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date of the latest update is shown on this page.
